Save your money better quality and price elsewhere very disappointed with the quality

Thank you for taking the trouble to leave feedback for your socks and sorry to hear of the issue.

The socks are heat holders, as the name suggests they are designed to hold the heat that is already in your feet. If your feet are cold when you put them on they will not work to the best of their ability.

If you put them in an airing cupboard or on a radiator before wearing them this will help trap warm air in the specially brushed lining, and will help maximise the performance of the socks.
