IOMI FootNurse® thermal socks have been designed to help people living with Raynaud’s and alleviate the symptoms associated with the condition. Non-slip grippers on the sole of each sock keep you steady when walking on polished wood or floor tiles.

Heat Holders Dual Layer are among the warmest socks we produce. Using our unique manufacturing process, we put two Heat Holders Lite socks inside each other and bind them together to create a super thermal sock with twice the thermal protection and a huge TOG rating of 3.1. That makes Dual Layer even warmer than our Original socks and over eight times warmer than a basic cotton sock.

The double thickness make these wonderfully warm, and would be perfect if you have extremely skinny legs with no discernible calf muscles. I'm short, with normal weight and calf muscles and find the ribbing at the top just too uncomfortably tight. (not good for blood circulation) Somewhat improved by judicious removal of the ribbing with a pair of scissors, and careful re-stitching at the tops which at least has rewarded me with cosy feet and ankles. I'd be thrilled if they were to be 6cm longer with a less constrictive band to finish. The plentiful number of gripper tabs on the soles is excellent .

Would be perfect but they don’t have soft tops.

Putting tight elastic on socks for those with Raynauds is counter productive.
Best warmth I’ve ever experienced in the MANY types of socks I’ve tried. These actually keep my feet warm (most of the time).
Just a shame about the tight elastic tops.
Try putting your soft tops on them. That’s better for our circulation.

Soft, colourful and keeps feet warm.

These socks, while a bit of an 'extra gift' Christmas purchase for my wife have ended up being the best thing I had bought for her. We'd often joke about how she always has cold feet, but she'd genuinely have to wear multiple pairs of socks and slippers to keep them only 'cold' and not painfully cold. The Dual layer socks have effectively done the job, and she is very happy. They'll be too thick for proper shoes, but they're just right for inside other socks or slippers if needed. These are fantastic.
